430g cream cheese
100g caster sugar
3 large egg
20g cake flour
270g heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon juice
1. Cream cheese and sugar till creamy
2. Add in the egg. Mix well.
3. Follow by the vanilla extract and lemon juice.
4. Fold in the flour and heavy cream.
5. Bake at 240 degree C, 30-35mins
