Supply & Demand Novena Weekend Brunch has several interesting brunch items. These items are exclusive at the Novena outlet and not available at the Supply & Demand Orchard Gateway.

I love this cafe; the high ceiling, the green, the quietness. Most would surely exclaim “instagrammable” the moment they stepped foot into the space.

First item served was the PB & J Chicken Sarnie. The general feedback for this item is either you love it or you dislike it. A savoury sandwich with a sweetness, usually will garner a 50-50 like and dislike. It is a taste profile that is highly contestable.

The Piadina Uovo E Prosciutto di Parma consists of scrambled eggs, parma ham, rucola, tomatoes, onions, crème fraiche, shaved parmesan and mesclun salad. The result of the combination is a tasty and wholesome sandwich.

The last item I tried is the crowd-pleaser Smoked Salmon with Truffled Scramble and Roe. Eggs, especially scramble egg with truffle flavour and smoked salmon is an attractive combination which most would not resist such tempting brekkie offers.

NAHMJ Verdict

I will return whenever I needed a serene meal or looking for a quiet cafe so that I could have that chat with a friend without raising my voice. Moreover, the food and drinks are delicious, that’s an added reason to why not going back again and again.
