At the buffet spread, seafood is the go-to. Kick-start your meal with a Cold Seafood Platter comprises mussels, baby lobster, prawn, scallops, snail and Assorted Sashimi with selection of Salmon, Tuna, Octopus.

Next are highly recommend items from the Charcoal Grill. The must try are Signature BBQ Black Char Siew, Signature Crispy Pork Roll, Seawater Grilled Barramundi, Garlic Pepper Prawn, Australian Beef Rib Finger, Grilled Carrot Cake and Roasted Honey Pineapple

Follow by the comfort food from the Claypot series, Charcoal Broken Rice Claypot Porridge with Seafood is the popular item at the buffet and highly recommended by Spice Brasserie. A claypot of tasty broth loaded with fresh seafood.

Coming up next is the Hot Favourites. The must eat are Black pepper slipper Lobster and Chilli Crab with Mantou.

The Tandoori Station is amazing as well. For those who appreciate Indian food, don’t miss the Assorted Naan, Fish Goan Curry and Butter Chicken.

I always like the buffet offered by Spice Brasserie. Since now it is ala carte format, it is even better. Sit back, order and eat.
