We are big fan of Wan Hao. Hence it is inevitable that they are on the list.

This year, Wan Hao of Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza prepared a fruity and refreshing yusheng of Lobster, Alaskan Crab, Scallop, Salmon, Caviar & Crispy Fish Skin Yu Sheng with White Peach Sauce & Passion Fruit Pearls.

Other notable dishes include the luxurious Wan Hao Imperial Pot of Prosperity with Australian 3-Head Abalone, Drunken Chicken & Crispy Dried Oyster; Wok-fried Boston Lobster with Caviar, Egg White, Fresh Milk & Broccoli and robust Bird’s Nest Dumpling with Crab Roe Superior Soup.

If you are thinking of something different, why not go for a Thai-style reunion dinner at Thanying located at Amara Singapore Level 2.

Begin the dinner with Thanying Thai Style Salmon Yusheng with Chicken Curls. Surely, with the crunch chicken curls, this dish will attract the young.

Rarely seen in Thai restaurant in Singapore is the Miang Khum consisting of bits of herbs, peanut, dried shrimp, ginger with honeyed Tamrind Sauce in a Betel Nut Leaf Wrap.
