Sushi Airways has been on bucket list for a long time and finally, I have the chance to tick it off the list. I lamented that how come I waited for so long to try them. Seriously, what have I been missing out.

The restaurant is designed with the DC-3 in mind. Diner will feel like they are dinning in the sky with the cabin crew serving you delicious Japanese food.

From the interior to the utensils, the folks behind Sushi Airways have taken care of each and every details so you can expect so in the food they serve too.

First item served was the gorgeous landscape of the beach with edible crispy deep-fried tiny crab, Sawagani with Chawanmushi $29 (seasonal item). Though I love egg, I don’t usually enjoy chawanmushi. For this, I enjoyed every bit; silky and tasty.

Next is the Premium Assorted Sushi Platter ($59). Each sushi rice roll with fresh sashimi was just nice for a mouth.

Followed by the Premium Sashimi Moriawase $108. Beside Suju Japanese Restaurant, Sushi Airways is the second restaurant which I would highly recommend for Sashimi.

2 flavourful rolls, Double Shake Roll $29 and Ebi Maki $35.

If you love beef and mushroom, don’t miss out on the Saikoro Steak $49. Enjoy the beef with the crispy garlic. This dish is best to go with rice.

Lastly, round up the meal with Uber Chocolate Cake and Matcha Cake ($9 each). Personally, I would recommend the former.
