Blue Lotus has specially crafted set menus; the Happiness ($68++per person), Longevity ($88++per person) and Prosperity ($108++per person). The Harmony (which is available as Takeaway Set) is exclusively at the Western concept Blue Lotus Kitchen + Bar for dine-in with complimentary Nian Gao Goodies at $188++for 4 people (served communal style).

At every Lunar New Year meal, lo hei is inevitable and a must. Start the meal with Blue Lotus Yu Sheng ($48++ or $68++). With over 20 items in this Yu Sheng such as herbs, vegetables, aromatic spices, nuts, crispy salmon skin, silver bait, rice vermicelli, to provide different texture. Finally with spring onion-infused olive oil and wild honey yuzu dressing to elevate the flavour the this Chinese Salad.

Welcome the year with Blue Lotus’s succulent Slow-Roasted Spanish-Style Suckling Pig ($238++). Blue Lotus Gold Members can enjoy this stunning delicacy at a special price of $198++. Inspired from the crowd-favourite, Hot Stone Pork Lard Truffle Flavoured Fried Rice, the Hot Stone Steamed Fragrant Chinese Sausage Fried Rice with Dried Shrimps is created for this joyous season.

Rounding up the meal with Nian Gao. Beside the classic version, the Red Date Nian Gao which is less saccharine and has a nice red date fragrance is a hit with diners.
