Auspicious Feasts At Ginger

Salted Egg Crab

The thick & rich salted egg gravy gave this dish a rich alluring flavour. Crab meat was fresh and tender. A local delicacy we usually enjoy not only on festive periods. Make your Chinese New Year feast more flavourful with this salted egg crab! We never go wrong with this combination.

Abalone Fried Rice

Abalone is known as baoyu in Mandarin, It means “assurance” (bao) of a “surplus” (yu) in the year ahead. It is well known to be a popular Chinese New Year dish. It has the smoky wok aroma packed with egg strips and sprinkled spring onions. Our highly raved dish, although we will try to minimize eating rice at buffets, but this is really a must try. Delicious yet symbolizing abundance as well.

Braised dried oyster with sea moss

A nutrient packed dish. Braised oyster, fresh and succulent stewed with Broccoli, carrot, mushroom & (fatt choy) soft sea moss enhances the oyster juiciness.

Sea moss with oyster represents “happy events and may you strike a fortune”. Hence it is good head-start for the new year.
