PUTIEN’s one Michelin restaurant has launched new menu featuring the gems of the sea, Putien Oysters Festival – Oysters, prepared in 6 varying ways. It includes Braised oysters with Fragrant Basil, Fujian Extraordinary Fried Oysters and Seaweed Oysters with fried egg. They came up with creative pairing with their signature “First Harvest Seaweed“, simple ingredients such as eggs, salt, pepper, basil that will complement the oyster’s flavour.

Braised Oysters with Fragrant Basil – S$18.90
A Season’s feature. Braised oysters with basil and garlic simmered on low heat to serve. Eat it while its hot! Love the aroma of this dish.
Fujian Extraordinary Fried Oysters – S$16.90 (S), S$25.90 (M)
A not to be missed dish, stir fried fresh oysters with egg white, whipped wonderfully. The egg white complements the fried oysters really well. Enhances the taste of this dish without stealing the limelight of the main ingredient.
Seaweed Oysters with Fried Eggs – S$18.90
Pan fried oysters with Putien’s “First Harvest Seaweed” and paired with egg omelette to complete this dish. Eggs with Oysters are like a match made in heaven. Perfect.
Salt & Pepper Crispy Oysters – S$18.90
Chef’s Recommendation. Golden deep fried Oysters perfectly seasoned with just salt and pepper. Simple yet preserving the taste and juiciness in every bite. Crispy yet juicy.
