Chicken in Green Curry with Thai Jasmine Rice

It is easy and delicious, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. The main ingredient of green curry is cilantro root or cilantro stems (not the leaves) and fresh green chilies, hence the name green curry. The green curry is spicy, rich and creamy, savory (from the fish sauce) and sweet (from palm sugar or sugar).

Red Tom Yum Soup with Seafood and Thai Jasmine Rice

The Thai Tom Yum Soup is characterised by its distinct hot and sour flavors. The fragrant spices and herbs used in the broth make the Tom Yum soup more like a symphony rather than a solo or even a quartet. When you take a bite of the soup, you will appreciate the balance of flavors, ingredients and textures.

Beef Noodles Soup

It is a mild but flavor packed dish, beef strips and beef balls are served in a tasty and clear soup on a bed of rice noodles.  It reminds me of Vietnamese Pho, and is a meaty and filling meal.

Chocolate Chili Cake / Thai Milk Tea Crepe Cake and Chocolate Crepe Cake

Other than the modern Thai fare that Bangkok Jam is known for, Bangkok Jam@ Bugis+  also features a brand new dessert bar that display specially handcrafted Thai sweet treats, including scrumptious crepe cakes, appetising jar desserts, this new dessert menu will be a perfect treat for your sweet tooth.

Thai Milk Tea Crepe Cake is a classic delight that is layered with Thai Milk Tea cream and topped with sweet red beans, it is worth to check it out. When I looked at the dessert menu, I was looking forward to the Chili Chocolate Cake  – it is such a moist and dense chocolate delight, it is generously coated with rich chocolate ganache that’s packed a slight fiery punch at the end of every bite.

Green Milk Tea Snow Ice

The new snow ice selection is definitely a must try! Perfect for sharing amongst large groups, the new icy delight has plenty of tasty surprises hidden within it. It is drenched with sweet red bean sauce, Azuki beans, crushed peanuts and vanilla ice cream. This amazing dessert brought me so much pleasure.

Pining for Mango Waffle

I am not a fan of waffle, but the fresh mango cubes and vanilla ice cream just made the waffle much more interesting. It is light, crispy and refreshing.

NAHMJ Verdict

The new chic Bangkok Jam @ Bugis+ outlet possesses an atmosphere perfect to relax and unwind; definitely no chip of the old block – what further set it apart from other outlets is the menu.
