This year, the focus will be on the Nouvelle Aquitaine region, which is a melting pot for outstanding French wines (like Bordeaux). Products from Nouvelle Aquitaine will be showcased in the one day only Good France menus all over the world. In addition, to pay tribute to the recently deceased chef Paul Bocuse who had made many contributions to French gastronomy in his lifetime, participating chefs may also include one of Paul Bocuse’s dishes or a dish inspired by him in their menus.
