As always, when I revisit a city, I then to search for a food to find the best. I did it at Hong Kong with Bo Lo Bun and Egg Tart. This round when I am at Paris for my fourth time, I went round in search of the Best Croissant In Paris.
Best Croissant In Paris
The Croissants come in different shape and sizes and of course different prices too. And no doubt, all don’t taste the same. Some taste better than others.
Maison Landemaine
Many location throughout Paris
Website: http://www.maisonlandemaine.com/
The most easily found shop as they have many outlets throughout Paris. According to their website, they have 16 outlets in Paris and 1 in Japan. I headed to their outlet at Place de Clichy. Each croissant is €1.20. The croissant was lightly butter with flaky outer and overall sweet.

My favourite Croissant (€1.50) is found at Blé Sucré which I rated it best. A perfect balance achieved for all elements with texture of fluffy versus dense, savoury versus sweet. In addition, it has a good flaky and crispy outer. Don’t forget to get their Madeleines too. According to many reviews, theirs the best.

I am a big fan of the macarons from Pierre Hermé. However, little is known about their croissants since only 2 outlets offer this secret Croissant Isaphan, filled with rose, litchi and strawberry. I am determined to try at my next trip.
