Starting with the popular Croque-Madame (S$14++). Parma Ham sandwiched between my favourite fluffy Brioche. Topped it off with a Sunny-side up and accompanied green for complete meal.

Next is the Spanish Breakfast (S$14++) with mainly baked beans that absorbed all the essence of the ingredients. In addition, some carbohydrates, that were potato cubes and since it is a breakfast food, how could there be without egg.

Prawn & Chorizo Pasta (S$22++) is my favourite dish among all the items I tried. The bold and robust flavour from the pasta, together with seafood flavour and chorizo complemented perfectly.

Porta Fine Food & Import Company At Park Hotel Clarke Quay, New Brunch Menu - Chilled Angel Hair Pasta (S$14++)

Chilled Angel Hair Pasta (S$14++), a crowd favourite has generous amount off crab meat and ebiko added to the slightly soft but tasty pasta.

Porta Fine Food & Import Company At Park Hotel Clarke Quay, New Brunch Menu - Spanish Octopus (S$18++)

Spanish Octopus (S$18++) was easy on the jaw and the natural flavoured octopus paired in unison with intense sauce. It would be excellent if the amount of salt was more evenly spread.

Lastly, end the meal with Not-Your-Usual-Tiramisu (S$12++) that is a deconstructed Tiramisu dessert. The coffee flavour was strong but not overwhelming.
