Knots Cafe and Living is originally a furniture shop with a florist in it. Somehow, it seems popular to have non-F&B business extending its arm into the cafe. A few example are Shamrock Cafe, Avenue Cafe and DW Workshop.

 

Throughout the space, there are lots of mix and match. However, diners won’t find the design messy or untidy. Instead, there are agreement to the different elements. The greens might have helped in the blending of accessories and fixture too.

 

 

 

Since it is a one stop furniture shop, all the available furniture in the shop floor are for sales. Even the plants too.

 

 

 

Food selection isn’t exciting. There are simple comfort food of soup, sandwiches, all day breakfast, pasta and pizza.

 

 

 

And a value meal, Pizza Deal for 2 at $25.80, comprises of a 12″ Pizza (good for 2 to 3 pax) with choices of Hawaiian, Pepperoni and Margherita, 2 drinks either Ice Lemon Tea or Soft Drink. Lastly 2 scoops of Ice Cream of any flavours.

 

 

Ice Lemon Tea isn’t fantastic. It was rather diluted.

 

The thin crust pizza Hawaiian pizza was decent. Amount of cheese was considerably generous.

 

 

 

Lastly for the ice cream, Creme Brulee and Earl Grey, was light and relatively creamy. We prefer the Earl Grey to Creme Brulee since the Creme Brulee tasted very much like plain vanilla.

 

Finally, do pardon their service crew should you find the standard below par. This is because they are providing opportunity to persons with physical challenges.

 

 

NAHMJ Verdict

 

We like the ambience of Knots Cafe And Living. As for food, both taste and selection, we felt there are rooms for improvement.
