The last Dim Sum we tried was the Steamed “Siew Long Pau” ($4.80 for 3). The soup in the dumpling was generous. But personally, I find the soup a little too rich.

Signature Ala Carte Dishes

At Lan Ting Cuisine & Wine, instead of offering only the Whole Peking Duck ($60), they serve it half ($38) too. This is absolutely thoughtful.

The remaining duck is then prepared into another amazing dish. This require a supplement of $15 for whole duck and $10 for half duck. There are 3 ways to enjoy. First way, the recommended, stir-fried the diced duck meat with pine nuts and diced turnip. Then wrapped these specially prepared ingredients in a lettuce wrap. This is what we chose as our  second preparation of the duck.

At all Cantonese restaurant, the BBQ is a must have. As such, we have the 2 Kinds BBQ Combination with Char Siew & Pork Belly ($22). The meat were lean hence some may find it dry. But it is a healthier choice which I personally preferred. We enjoy the light sweet honey glaze on the Char Siew. Maybe it would be good if restaurant has 2 versions for diners to choose.
