You will spot a board with its shop name and followed by lots of Chinese character near the entrance. This is the menu. The consolation here is you need not worry bout the menu as it is not needed. Unless you want to calculate the sum to ensure your order was correctly billed.

If you need some greens, you could order them at the counter while you are ordering your noodle. All the greens were poached and generous amount of fermented bean sauce will be scooped onto your noodle. Mixed it and enjoy.

NAHMJ Verdict

Inexpensive noodles, enjoyable when you manage to spot and chose the ingredients that you like. As one of the diners got pork lard which he mistaken for some fried stuff. That kind of ruin his meal as it isn’t an ingredient he enjoyed, in fact it was an ingredient he dislike.
