Froyo, Froyo, everywhere in Singapore. One after another stand or cafe is dishing out Froyo and it is serving it similarly to Ilao Ilao. Not many serve it in different flavours other than the original ones. In this post, instead of listing the so call the best as I noticed that Froyo is a pretty controversial desserts. Some like it sweet, some like it sour, some like it light, some like it rich or different combination of the preferences. For me I like it rich and sourish sweet. Lol!! Complex isn’t it? So in this post, I am going to classify it according to the characteristics

I try classified the froyo into 3 categories; Ilao Ilao and The Likes, More Than Original Flavours and lastly we have the Creation Cups.
At the same time, I try to rank the yogurt from the lightest to the richest based on NAHMJ opinion.
Ilao Ilao And The Likes
Ilao Ilao and the likes are standard cup with defined number of toppings. There are quite a number of froyo stores that offer froyo the Ilao Ilao way.
Lightest and Slightly Sweetish
Started with the lightest in terms of taste to the richest is Jogurtz.

This is the way I like my froyo at least to be. Rich and lightly sourish. The most important factor is that it shouldn’t be sweet like soft serve.
