After dozen of Korean Fried Chicken Restaurant has made its entry into Singapore restaurant scene, we are welcoming one more to Chinatown along South Bridge Road, opposite of Cafe Insa-Dong. They seems unbeatable. Interestingly, Chinatown seems to attract Korean eatery establishment.
Long before it open, my sister spotted it and we were waiting in anticipation for its opening. As usual, we have it as takeaway to enjoy it at the comfort of our home.
We got a whole Korean Fried Chicken, original with Honey Garlic Sauce. There were 2 other choices. The Fried Chicken was crispy and tasty. A pity it wasn’t well marinated. Some part of the chicken was bland while others was just right.
In the rice cake dish, there were 2 type, one more chewy than the other. There were 3 spice level to chose from. We went for level 1 which was mild. 50% of the tasters found it too spicy. The remaining half thought it was all right, could go for the next level.
The Fried Sweet Potato Fries were chunky and crispy on the outer.
Oppa Chicken like the usual Korean food. Personally, we thought it was all right.
