Most must have know and even tasted J.CO Donuts. While its Froyo is lesser known. In fact, not all J.Co Donuts outlets offer Froyo. One of the outlet that I know that offers is at the Suntec City store.
J.Co offers 5 sizes of froyo cup. A Twist, similar to Ilao Ilao Sanum (5 Toppings). Other than this, there are Single (1 Topping), Couple (2 Toppings), Sharing (3 Toppings) and a To Go (4 Toppings) with addition topping at $0.80 each.
The toppings offered at J.CO Donuts & Coffee was considerably limited. On the day of my visit, a number of toppings weren’t available. It doesn’t offer any sauce
I decided to opt for the Twist and was a little disappointed as though it stated 5 toppings, it came with 2 standard toppings; the honey star and chocolate crisp. I could only choose 3 toppings of your choice. In my opinion, it isn’t ideal.
My first impression of the Froyo was “sour”. It has a texture closer to sorbet. On the whole it was pretty light.
Verdict
J.CO Donuts & Coffee Singapore – Froyo was decent. It was the variety of toppings that disappoint. Personally, I would choose the small cup instead the next time, should I ever visit J.Co for its froyo again.
