Pong is one of the ice cream stand serving the Thai Coconut Ice Cream in a Coconut Husk in Singapore. You got a choice of having the Coconut Gelato In A Husk ($5) and with an option of having a choice Sorbet ($5.50). Plus three toppings of your chocie. There are about ten topping choices.
The Coconut gelato is the most smooth and creamy among the rest, though it is a little sweeter than most. It has a great coconut aroma.
The bonus is that Pong is located at the fringe of Singapore Shopping Belt, Orchard.

Koko is a dessert stall located in a Singapore local Food Centre serving the Thai Coconut Ice Cream also in a husk. With the sweltering heat in a food centre, heavenly when Ice Cream is served to cool off the heat.
Either a single ($3) or double scoop ($4) with 2 toppings at Koko Ice Cream. Toppings are limited.
The Coconut Ice Cream is smooth and creamy with a good sweetness level.
It is a shame that the operating time is too short and only on weekdays. Lucky you who are working in the area.

Co Nut ink has three outlets. Two at Sentosa, the third at Esplanade. I visited the Esplanade one.
On the menu, there are three different offerings; Classic with peanut topping ($5), Premium Nuts ($6) and lastly the Premium Desserts with Red Ruby topping ($6.50). It comes with only a single scoop of Coconut Ice Cream while most comes with 2. Though the scoop is slightly larger. This is the most expensive among the rest.
The Coconut Ice Cream was far too icy. At least it was compensated by the nice and strong enough coconut fragrance.

At $4.20 with a small scoop of coconut ice cream, 4 toppings. Likewise, it was with no coconut water. The ice cream was a little icy, lightly coconut flavoured and prefect sweetness for me. The toppings were a little too much for the small scoop of ice cream. It would be awesome if Qoolco could increase the size of the scoop. Read more.
Interestingly, all the ice cream parlours offerring the Thai Coconut Ice Cream Served In A Husk operate out of a stand. That means they are for takeaway only.
Each has its own strength. None is prefect.
Oh my, its a close fight among the players. My top 3 for now are KoKo, Qoolco and Pong.
