Hong Kong is a dessert heavens. And I went trying out some of Hong Kong most instagram-worthy desserts. I was captivated by the desserts looks till I need to have them on a photo. Not only they are good-looking, they taste as good as they look.

An ice cream shaped into a rose. It was too attractive to be missed. I was attracted by its pretty shaped and pink pastel hue. So is my Mom. For those Instagrammers who wanted to take that perfect shot need not worry about the ice cream melting fast. It was so well freeze till it was hard to bite.

 

 

Alternatively, you can for its “Make It Yours” Ice Cream. This is a customised cup service. There are two options. The first is priced at $48. Choose 1 base (ice cream or yogurt), 1 Flavour and 3 Toppings. Second choice is at $53 with 1 Base, 2 Flavours and 3 Toppings. And soon you are ready to enjoy.

Desserts at the ATUM Desserant serves creative and innovative plated desserts. There is always an Improvisation creation which is inspired by the season. Each plate is as good as an Art. Too pretty to be consumed before admiring. Make sure you do take lots of photos at different angle to capture its beauty. Reservation at ATUM Desserant is a must.

Though Oh Cow 放牛牛 soft serve comes in either cone or cup, it is the cones that attracts. It has such lovely cone in contrast colours and they are carefully paired with the soft serve to ensure that its ice cream stands out in the crowd.

 

 

Oh Cow offers 4 flavours for cone; Sea Salt, Corn, Chocolate (its signature) and Lavender (pretty popular). We tried the Sea Salt, something pretty unique. The soft serve was smooth and pretty creamy. You might like it if you like the savory and sweet combination. Otherwise, choose something else.

Oddies Foodies has been making waves on Instagram and it is still going strong. There isn’t any sign of slowing down for now. At every period, they offer four creations with 3 flavours changed regular. The one of the flavour being evergreen. If I remember the name correctly, it is Night Wolf.

Pausa gelato that looks like soft serve are only prepared upon order. Each time, there are 2 flavours available. You can enjoy it either in a cup or on Focaccia (bread). There are 2 available cup sizes; 8oz (Guisto) or 10oz (Grande).

iCremeria outlet located at Fashion Walk, Causeway Bay, offers Japanese Ice Cream in 2 flavours. The Matcha and Vanilla or you prefer you can have both in one serving.

 

 

The soft serve comes with some topping such as Mochi and Red Bean. Though the soft serve is not as smooth, a little icy in fact (just very little), it has a pretty good amount of green tea flavour. What we enjoy most was having it together with the topping. That was a joy!

HeSheEat has 2 outlets; one at Mongkok and the other at Causeway Bay. We went to the Mongkok outlet. Its Mongkok outlet was awarded the 2015 Best Restaurant in Mongkok by Openrice Hong Kong.

 

 

Desserts at HeSheEat is array. I was spoilt for choice. I almost wanted to order everything on the menu.

 

Finally, we assented to the Panna Cotta and Chocolate Lava Cake. Both were equally delish.
