Nitro Cream Ice Cream In Singapore

The first time I came across Nitro Cream Ice Cream was in Hong Kong. I was so impressed with the Nitrogen steam. It was so cool. In Singapore, there are a number of Nitro Cream Ice Cream Parlour too.

What exactly is Nitro Cream Ice Cream? Basically, instead of freezing the ice cream using a conventional ice cream maker, instead nitrogen was introduced as the freezing agent.

Ice Queen may not be the first Nitro-cream Ice Cream in Singapore but it was the first I tried. They have Single Scoop (without topping, pure ice cream only) or the Creations.

l went for the creation, ordered Mango Sticky Rice.

Nitro Cream, Ice Queen - Mango Sticky Rice

The ice cream was fabulous. It has a good mango flavour and not too sweet. While the sticky rice has a nice texture and with the coconut cream it enhanced the flavour.

As for the space, there isn’t any tables but a number of stools for customers to have a seat to enjoy their ice cream. The staff is fabulously friendly and warm.

I am definitely going back again for the rest of the creations/flavours

I have been wanting to try 320 Below when they used to have an outlet at Mackenzie Road, next to Little India Station but till they moved, I have not popped by till their outlet at One KM Mall opened. I finally tried.

320 Below has so much of flavours, the regulars and premium. A total of over 30 flavours, I think.

I have the Chendol, it was so fantastic. It is as good as eating the Chendol. Yummy. No doubt, I will drop by again to try other flavours.
