Earlier, I posted on Salty Gelato in East Village, Kookie Krumbz is another shop in East Village too. There are quite a number of cafe, eatery and restaurant at East Village.

 

 

Kookie Krumbz is a tiny shop that offers mainly kookies though there are also ice cream and milkshakes too. The day when we were at Kookie Krumbz, a total of 5 flavours were available. The “You Rock My Oats” Oats Cookies was out of stock. We tried four of the flavours, we like all except the Nuts N Maple.  We did not try the Rouge.

 

 

We got “Chip Rockin On!”, a Hershey Chocolate Chips Cookies and “Nutter Butter”, Chocolate Dough Cookies with Reeses Peanut Butter Chips. These cookies are so addictive. One you started, you could only stop when the whole pack is gone.

 

 

Kookie Krumbz is currently no Halal certified but according to the website, they are in the process. And they uses either Halal ingredients or ingredients that does not contain animal derivatives.

We enjoyed the cookies from Kookie Krumbz, without doubt, I am certainly going to stock more of their cookies.
