Park At Holland Village, A Greenhouse

I brought my mom to Park @ Holland Village for brunch on Vesak Day. Park @ Holland Village is by the side of the Holland Village Park.
The cafe is with solar panels on the roof, a green initiative.

Park @ Holland Village

Park @ Holland welcomes doggies. There were two doggies accompanied their owners when we were there.

We were seated at the Al Fresco when we arrived as the indoor seats were full.

When the indoor seats were available, we shifted to the indoor seats thinking that there was air-con indoor, it would be cooler but neither. It was like a greenhouse in the cafe.

As I like poached eggs, I ordered the Eggs Royale. I enjoyed it very much. It is creative if them to add snow peas on the bread, between the eggs and the bread. It added a sweetness and crunchy to the dish. Yummy.

My mom enjoyed her Triple Decker Sandwich too. The coffee is good too. It has a medium body with a fruity hint.

I asked for a takeaway Blue Cheese Burger for my brother who was busy studying at home. He enjoyed his burgers and the fries. I have forgotten to take a photo of his burger.

Except for the heat in the cafe, we loved the food and the service was warm and friendly. We like the cafe.
